We respect your privacy. We will never sell your contact information to 3rd parties. We may periodically send you newsletters and information on special offers or services based on the information you have requested from us. To be removed from our mailing list, simply email: info@austinwebdesign.com or click the unsubscribe link in the email you received from us.
We do utilize Google Analytics and other traffic tracking software. However, no personal information is gathered.
Refund Policy:
Design Services – If a refund is requested before our designer has started working on the project the full amount will be reimbursed. If refund is requested after our designer has started working on the project, a cancellation fee is calculated depending on the progress of the project.
Development Services – If a refund is requested before our developer has started working on the project the full amount will be reimbursed excluding a cancellation fee of 3 percent. If refund is requested after our developer has started working on the project, a cancellation fee is calculated depending on the progress of the project.
SEO & Marketing Services – If a refund is requested before our SEO expert has started working on the project the full amount will be reimbursed excluding a cancellation fee of 3 percent. If refund is requested after our SEO expert has started working on the project, a cancellation fee is calculated depending on the progress of the project and any out-of-pocket expenses for 3rd party services (PPC etc. that were paid on your behalf).
3rd Party Software Purchases – Refunds are not available for 3rd party software purchases that were made on your behalf as part of a website design/development project.
Software Installation Services – A request to cancel Installation services is to be submitted before our specialists start the installation procedure on your server. Refunds do not apply if our specialist has already started the installation procedure. However, a partial refund may be available if our expertise determines that it is impossible to install the software in your server environment.
Hosting Services – If you are not satisfied, you have the unconditional right to claim and receive a full refund within 30 days after the purchase date. No refund is available after 30 days.
Domain Name Registration – Full refund is available before domain has been registered. No refunds are available after your domain name has been registered for you.
SSL certificates & Installation – Full refund is available within 30 days after purchase if CSR is not yet created by our engineer. If money back is requested within 30 days after purchase and the CSR was created the funds to return are deducted service fee of $49. No refund is available after 30 days.
Refund Procedure:
A request for a refund must be submitted to info@austinwebdesign.com. Requests directed to other contact addresses or phone calls are not accepted for cancellation.
Please notice that on receiving a refund you are obligated to remove all graphic files, html, software and all related files from your web-server and every data medium; your further use of the software or any parts of our design will be regarded as illegal unless you obtain rights to the work and software again.
We believe that most refund requests can be avoided. Please contact our qualified staff and you will get professional assistance in any technical issue you have faced with while installing/configuring the software. If you are not happy with our products or services for any reason, you are always welcome to send us your feedback and suggestions on how to improve the services we offer. We will do the best we can to ensure you are totally satisfied with our services.
